  • Where are you located?
We are located in Florida. 
  • How long does orders take?

Processing times vary depending on current order volume:

(Usually 6-8 Business Days). Your order should be delivered within 5-8 days once shipped and accepted by USPS (U.S. Only) (This does NOT include weekends or holidays). Express orders can take 3-5 days once shipped.

  • I put the wrong address/name/phone number, etc. What do I do?
Please email us contactlavishcollections@gmail.com with your order number/name within 2-4 hours of placing order and we will try our best fix the error.
  • Why is my order going back to sender?
It could be for the following reasons: Incorrect address or unclaimed package. If either are the reason to it being returned to us, you will be have to pay an added shipping fee for a reshipping label. There are no refunds when it is shipped back to us. By placing your order, you have read and agreed to these terms. 
  • What is the return policy?

All Lavish Collections orders are FINAL SALE, and can not be returned due to sanitary reasons. If there is a problem with your order, email us at contactlavishcollections@gmail.com with your Full Name and Order Number, we will be glad to assist you! Please give us 1-3 Business Days to respond.

  • ​What is the delivery method?

All orders are dropped off at United States Postal Service. Domestic orders are delivered by USPS unless notified otherwise. All orders have signature confirmation to avoid any misplacement, theft, or loss of order.

International orders are processed through USPS and will be delivered by your local mail carrier. Lavish Collections is not responsible for any international custom fee’s, by placing your order, you have acknowledged and agreed to our policy.

  • Where is my order?
You can track your through by the tracking number provided to you in your email when it ships. Please note that once your Lavish Collections order has been accepted by United States Postal Service, we are no longer responsible for your package. Contact USPS by their phone number 1(800) 275-8777. USPS will be able to better assist you with the up to date status and where about of your package.
  • How do I cancel/modify my order?

To assure every customer receives their order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to modify or cancel ordersDouble check that your order has the correct Name, Address, Phone Number, etc. No changes will be able to be made once order is placed. 

  • Are you still in business during COVID19?

Yes! All products are produced with FDA Approved ingredients! Lavish Collections products are safe for use and are produced in a clean, clear, and sanitized area

  • Is Lavish Collections Safe and Reliable?
Yes! All products are vegan and cruelty-free. Lavish Collections uses FDA Approved ingredients for product production!
